[YG]: MNOs Should Offer Differentiated Services to Justify LTE Premium

  
New research by Declan Lonergan (pictured), VP, Yankee Group finds that "Recent 4G/LTE launches provide new insights into where competition is heading in the European mobility market. Mobile network operators (MNOs) are using LTE as their most valuable weapon in the fight for high-ARPU customers. But they must work hard to justify and sustain premium LTE prices. For example, MNOs should offer a suite of add-ons for their most valuable LTE customers, including differentiated customer service and complementary content"
